Day 1: Yangon – Bogalay – Main Ma Hla Island (-/L/D)
Around 6 am, pick you at the hotel in and transfer to boat Jetty of the Strand Road in Yangon to take a boat down to Bogale Township for 6 hours. The boat is really nice and good for photography and birds watching. All along the way you can learn the daily life of local people and fishing ways all along the way. The boat is a passenger boat, but clean and fast.
Around 12:00pm, reporting at Bogalay Forestry Department Office and have to pay official Copying Charges and took a local guide to show you around wildlife Sanctuary as they know the area very well and where we have to watch Crocodiles & Birds watching. Lunch in Bogalay in a good Myanmar Restaurant where you can awfully have various kinds of Delta foods.
Taking the arranged boat for half an hour (14 water miles) to Main Ma HlaKyun (driving through the amazing various kinds of Mangrove, local villages, watching Local fishing ways, (on the way explanations). Arrive at Freda Eco Lodge which was built among the mangrove trees around in the wildlife sanctuary area on "ByoneMhwe Island. (Surely recommended place with suitable accommodation) Relax about 30 minutes and start boat tour along the canal for mangrove, Crocodile watching and sunset boat trip to the mangrove areas.
Day 2: Main Ma Hla Island (B/L/D)
After early morning Breakfast, visit to Channals with our boat and make Crocodile watching, Birds Watching and visit to other villages by boat. After Mangrove sightseeing in the morning, go back to Freda Ecolodge and Lunch at Freda Eco Lodge. Relaxing for one hour or so before we make evening trip to different channels of the Sanctuary Area. Sunset in the river and have dinner at Freda as there's no restaurant. Spend night time with exciting crocodile watching around the sanctuary area with guides for two hours.
Remarks: We could not guarantee to see crocodile because it is wildlife park.
Day 3: Main Ma Hla Island - Ga Do Ga Ni (B/L/D)
Wake up very early morning and take the boat drive to "Ga Do Ga Ni " ,which is a huge fishermen village ( looks like a town and take 2 hours to drive from our Freda and look around in the local market and then will go back to freda to have lunch . After lunch, drive to other chanals to make birds watching and wildlife and Ayeyarwaddy dolphins near Mi ChaungGaung Poke camp . Try Kayaking around the camp and back to FREDA from different way back. Have dinner at FREDA and Make Night time spotting again.
Day 4: Main Ma Hla Island – Bogalay – Yangon (B/-/-)
Leave FREDA Ecolodge 9:00Am after Breakfast and drive back to Bogalay to catch 1:00PM bus to go back toDala ,three and half hours (where is the jetty to cross Yangon River ) and take 10 minutes Ferry to Yangon side ,Pan So Dann Rd . In the late afternoon, arrive back to Yangon and transfer back to your hotel.
